Hi, my name is Erica, and I am a coffee addict. Specifically, an iced coffee addict.

While I support all coffee shops, independent and chains, I also love making my favorite iced vanilla latte with vanilla sweet cream at home. It’s the most delicious recipe I’ve ever tried.

So, in honor of this heat wave we are all experiencing and my love for all iced coffees, I thought it would be fun to do a little iced coffee round-up with some of the most delicious iced coffee recipes on the internet!

And, if you’d like to make your own cold foam cold brew, check out my new post with how to make cold foam cold brew at home and  8 milk frothers that make perfect foam!

Enjoy!

1. Mocha Freeze Blended Coffee | Three Little Ferns

iced-coffee-recipes

You only need a couple of ingredients and a blender to make this delicious mocha freeze.

Hint, one of those ingredients is ice cream. So, really, this is more of a dessert.

We’re all okay with that, right?

Good. So, get in the kitchen and blend this bad boy up. It’s go time.

2. Sweet Cinnamon Iced Coffee | What The Froth

iced coffee

Okay, I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with all cinnamon coffees, like the Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte and Peet’s Iced Horchata Oatmilk Latte, so when I saw this one – it took me 2 seconds to whip one up.

It uses a homemade cinnamon syrup as the base, which is perfect, because after you make this, you’ll still have cinnamon syrup to last you a few weeks. I mean, if it’ll last that long. Around here, it’s gone in less than a week.

What can I say? I’m obsessed. I bet you will be, too.

3. Creamy Italian Iced Coffee | An Italian in My Kitchen

The minute I saw this, I wanted to run into the kitchen and make it.

What I love about this one is that she blends it to get a nice thick froth. This reminds me of how Peet’s makes their cold brew fog latte – yum.

I think the cold brew fog latte is one of the best coffees – ever. Have you had it?

Try that one and then make this one and tell me what you think.

4. Homemade Vietnamese Iced Coffee | Foodal

I love this easy recreation of a Vietnamese iced coffee.

I’ve had a Vietnamese iced coffee from a shop before and loved it (who wouldn’t?), but never realized it was so easy to make!

Plus, I love the little history lesson the writer offers in the post.

Make a glass and sip up while reading a lovely little story.

I call that a good day.

5. Italian Affogato Recipe | Inside the Rustic Kitchen

Okay, okay, this may not technically be an iced coffee recipe – but it’s cold, and it’s coffee, and it has ice cream.

What more on earth does anyone need?!

Nothing. The answer is nothing.

Plus, the food photography here is going to have you drooling.

Truly delicious.

6. Keto Iced Caramel Macchiato | Two Sleevers

The Iced Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks was my first true coffee love.

I would impress all my friends when ordering it hot, because I asked for it “upside down”.

Of course, this is years ago, when Starbucks was a new thing and nobody had a clue what to order.

This keto version is such a great combination of real ingredients.

You’ll love this rich tasting, low carb coffee.

7. Vegan Mocha Frappe | Delightful Adventures

Amen to the vegan!

With just three ingredients, you can make this delicious vegan mocha frappe – perfect for hot summer days.

She even uses a coconut whip recipe as topping.

That’s right; go get your vegan mocha frappe on, folks!

8. Cold Brew Iced Mocha Latte | Natalie’s Health

Okay, this one is a real treat – not only because it is my favorite combination of coffee and chocolate, but because it is also healthier for you – using a combination of superfoods and natural sweeteners.

Yep, that’s right – it’s a guilt-free mocha latte.

Boom.

You may want to read the ingredients first to make sure you have everything you need, since I don’t typically keep things like maca powder around.

Although, after seeing this recipe, I am suddenly a maca powder enthusiast.

9.Coconut Mocha Frappuccino | Powered by Mom

J loves coconut. I’m not a huge fan, but I can be persuaded if it’s in the right recipe.

This is definitely the right recipe.

Coconut. Coffee. Chocolate.

That’s the trifecta, people.

This is not a drill; get in the kitchen and make this coconut chocolate frappuccino now.

10. Sous Vide Iced Coffee | Savoring the Good

Listen, I’m going to be honest with you – I don’t even know what a sous vide is.

My husband is a classically trained chef and he does, so I thought – this recipe is going in.

Why?

Because this recipe is going to get you iced coffee faster.

The sous vide allows the coffee to brew at an accelerated rate.

That means you’ll be enjoying that cup of cold brew even sooner.

You’re welcome.

11. Iced Coffee Protein Shake | Simply Happy Foodie

This is what a good morning looks like.

For awhile there, my guy and I were making a breakfast smoothie AND an iced coffee.

We would literally walk around the house in the morning with two cups each.

It’s just ridiculous.

That’s how much we love our coffee.

Then, we started looking for recipes that could combine those two things together.

This recipe right here is gold. It’s got the coffee, the protein, the banana for creaminess and to fill you up, and even uses almond milk, which is great if you’re avoiding dairy.

Drink up, wake up, and be happy, people.

12. Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee | Celebrating Sweets

I feel like this person understands me.

First of all, just the name of her blog makes me feel like we could be friends.

Then, she whips up recipes like a vanilla cold brew coffee and she’s won me over.

I’m an easy sell if it includes coffee.

For this one, she uses a bottled creamer – which, let’s face it, is the path of least resistance.

I’m all about what makes life easy. Are you with me?

(Oh, and Allison? My kids don’t sleep either. #SALUD)

13. Reece Coffee Milkshake | Simply Stacie

Let’s get a couple of things straight: Reece’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread is the most genius invention ever.

And – I had no idea it even existed.

Then, Stacie decided to put it in an iced coffee milkshake and my whole world just suddenly made sense.

Yes, that is exactly what you should do with Reese’s Peanut Butter Spread and coffee.

This is a must-try. #AmIRight?

14. Starbucks Style Sweet Cream | The Kitchn

iced-coffee-recipes

Not too long ago, Starbucks unveiled a new iced coffee drink – one featuring their housemade vanilla sweet cream.

Let me tell you folks, this drink is a gamechanger.

For years, my Starbucks has been an iced coffee with classic syrup and breve.

Any day of the year.

There could be a freezing, torrential downpour so severe we may have to swim home, but I would still be ordering my iced coffee.

Until I tried the sweet cream.

The sweet cream is gooooood.

So, of course I had to go on the hunt to make it for myself. And that’s when I found this copycat recipe that made all my sweet cream dreams come true.

Thank you, Kitchn, for understanding what is truly important in life – such as always having enough sweet cream on hand for an iced coffee.

Mix this with the pre-made Starbucks cold brew you can buy in the refrigerator section at any store, or with homemade iced coffee.
