I love being organized, writing lists, and filling in planners.
But, when my health started taking a turn – something about staring at all those blank boxes and lines was just a bit … sad.
I missed how busy I used to be, how much I could do, how much less anxiety I had about new things. I loved being home with my son, but sometimes, the quiet days were a blessing and a curse.
Why I Designed a Daily Planner Printable:
Over time, I gained strength, learned supplements that would help and slowly built back up my strength with pilates.
And yet, I still wanted a daily planner that fit my needs – now – at this stage in my life. So, I designed one and had it made, and now I’m giving it to you.
Seriously, all you have to do is download the daily planner printable or click on the picture below:
Must-Have Printable Daily Planner Features:
What I love about this printable is how there is room for the really important things, such as a daily motivating quote. If you need some suggestions, check out my post on motivating quotes for people in chronic pain.
And, there’s a space to put your daily self-care. It doesn’t have to take forever or be expensive. Feel free to check out my post on 43 easy ideas for self-care.
There was no way I was forgetting a box for exercise and drinking water. Just because there are days when you won’t exercise, you can still focus on staying hydrating and giving your body the water it needs. Don’t let that exercise box guilt you; focus on your top priorities for the day instead.
How To Use the Free Daily Planner:
I hope that you’ll love this printable as much as I do. Some weeks, I print 7 of them on Sunday and staple them together.
You could also go to Staples and have them do a double-sided copy and bin it into a spiral notebook. It would probably cost around $20 for 100 pages, which is 200 daily planners.
I’d love for you to come back and let me know what you think.
