1. CRZ YOGA Naked Feeling Legging

These have been called Lululemon Align dupes, but even if they’re not – they’re amazing. I’ve tried a lot of leggings in pursuit of the best ones (I do pilates) and these have been the ones I reach for the most. And, thousands of reviewers agree with me, too. A pair of these would be a great gift for the fitness lover in your life.

2. Tavi Grip Socks

There are a lot of grip socks out there for workouts like yoga, pilates, etc., but these are one of my favorite brands. They are so, so soft and comfortable to wear and the grips last a long time. Toesox is another good brand. There are even more affordable ones that are a great value. Any of them would make excellent stocking stuffers and/or gifts for the fitness lover in your life, because the cost of these socks add up. The grip part does wear down over time and with washing, so they have to be replaced to continue to be effective. That means it’ll be a gift they’ll use and appreciate.

3. Simple Modern 40oz. Water Tumbler

These come in a zillion colors, keep tons of water cold all day, and fit in your cup holder. Sure, the big Stanley is nice, too, but these are a bit more affordable and just as good. The hot pink is on my list. It’s just so bright and fun.

4. Dr. Teal’s Soothe & Sleep Set

If she’s working out all the time, she needs a soothing bathe to wash away those aches and pains. Magnesium is a powerful detoxifier and it can really help with muscle and body pain. This set has everything she’ll need to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

5. Massage Gun

I have been getting chronic shoulder and hip flexor pain, so I bought this massage gun that has an extra long handle, so I can hold it over my shoulder while I’m relaxing and watching TV. I’m able to use it wherever I need without having to ask someone else to help. It’s definitely strong enough, too, so be careful. I think this is a great gift for a fitness or health enthusiast.

6. Kitsch Hair Ties

Under $10 and the perfect stocking stuffer. I can’t tell you how many times a woman in my pilates has asked if anyone has an extra hair tie. I have forgotten my own a few times, so I keep these stashed everywhere. It’s a great, easy gift.

7. Vibrating Massage Ball

In pilates, we sometimes do stretches with these foam rollers and balls. The pressure point therapy makes a huge difference in things like muscle tension, plantar fascitis and more. This vibrating massage ball could be used under her feet, on her sides/hips, under her calves, and anywhere where there is pain or tightness.

8. Cooling Towels

These are so cool. There’s a bunch of color options and there are 4 towels in a pack. Hyper-evaporative breathable mesh material makes it easy to activate the chilling towel when you simply soak, wring out and snap it. The unique cooling system uses moisture from the towel to draw the sweat away from your skin to keep you cool. They stay cool for up to 3 hours. With the waterproof plastic pouch, they’re easy to carry to your workout class, on your run, or to just pack in your bag on a hot day.

9. Acupressure Mat & Pillow

Have you ever tried acupressure before? It’s not very comfortable at first, but once you get used to it, it can be great for blood flow, stress relief, reducing chronic pain, and much more. If you’ve got a fitness lover in your life, they could be pushing their body and energy levels to the limit and this mat will help their body to release endorphins, heal faster and relax. But, please, be careful with this mat. Don’t leave it out when not in use. If someone falls on it, they could get hurt.
